Polyzilla

Polyzilla is an automotive fitment centre based in the Zona Industrial in Loule, specialising in protective coatings and fitted accessories for cars, pickups, vans and trailers. Its core product is spray-on polyurethane bed lining and coating, a technique pioneered in South Africa in 1983 by Rhino Linings founder Morgan Evans, which Polyzilla applies to load beds, exteriors and interiors for stain resistance and durability against UV, gravel and general wear. Alongside its own coatings, Polyzilla is the Algarve fitter for two South African brands, Stone Hill seat covers and Tonneau King tonneau covers, both supplied and fitted in-house. For van owners, the centre also fits the Locks4Vans range of security products, including hook locks, deadlocks, slamlocks and shutter locks, plus a shielding range covering OBD guards, external and internal latch shields, handle shields, loom guards, anti-peel kits, window guards and cat guards, aimed at reducing van break-ins and catalytic converter theft. Beyond coatings and security fitments, Polyzilla also offers custom seat covers, car audio upgrades and air conditioning services, working with customers ranging from farmers and transport companies to off-road enthusiasts and everyday vehicle owners across the Algarve.
