OASIS

OASIS has been building in the Algarve since 1986, working under the legal name Tecnilazer, Construções e Projectos, Lda. The company's core business covers three areas: bioclimatic villa design and construction, indoor and outdoor swimming pools (including renovation, heating and covers), and tennis courts and multi-sport courts, built with a choice of quick-dry, synthetic grass or flexible surfaces. The team includes technical staff with higher education qualifications, and OASIS is certified by the German Passivhaus Institut as a Passive House designer, alongside PME Líder recognition and membership of the APP, the Portuguese association for swimming pool, sports facility and leisure professionals. Over the decades the company has worked with private clients, condominiums and municipal councils, and cites past clients including the Conrad Hotel at Quinta do Lago, Vila Vita, Alto Golf Club and the University of the Algarve. OASIS also has a plot sales arm, offering land for sale for new construction. The company is based on Avenida 5 de Outubro in Faro, and clients can request a meeting to discuss a new project or a renovation of an existing pool, villa or court.
