Nataliya Roso Properties

Nataliya Roso Properties is the independent real estate practice of Nataliya Roso (AMI 21014), who moved to the Algarve from Ukraine and, after some years working in real estate, set up on her own so that she could give each buyer and seller an individual, private-broker approach rather than working as part of a larger agency. Roso's own site lists a portfolio of more than 2,100 properties built up over more than 10 years in the business, spanning the Algarve from the Golden Triangle (Almancil, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura) to Albufeira, Porches, Carvoeiro, Loule, Faro and Monchique. Current listings on her site range from a 65 sqm, one-bedroom villa in Monchique at EUR 188,000 up to an 8-bedroom, 9-bathroom residence in Porches at EUR 8,500,000, alongside land, apartments and at least one turnkey hospitality business. Alongside sales, Roso Properties offers a linked set of services including property valuation, help arranging a mortgage, Portugal's mandatory Energy Certificate (CEE), property surveys, legal advice for buyers, and interior design and architectural project consultancy through partners. Nataliya Roso works independently rather than from a fixed office, and keeps an active presence on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube (@nataliya.roso.properties) documenting her listings and her own real-estate journey in the Algarve.
