Melting Pot Classic Pub

The Melting Pot Classic Pub sits inside Quinta Shopping, the small parade of bars and restaurants at the entrance to Quinta do Lago, and has built a reputation as one of the area's best known English-style pubs. Behind the etched glass windows, the interior is fully oak-panelled, giving it the cosy, traditional feel of a proper local, while a Moroccan-style seating area at the back and outside tables give guests somewhere different to sit depending on the mood. The bar runs a genuine pub line-up on draught, including Guinness, Super Bock, an IPA and Fuller's London Pride real ale, backed by a long shelf of single malts and spirits (The Macallan 18, The Glenlivet, Jameson and more) and a cocktail list mixed to order. The kitchen serves gastropub food across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sport is a big part of what the Melting Pot does: screens around the pub show live sport throughout the week, and the pub also puts on live music. It is open every day of the year from 10am to 2am, making it one of the few places in Quinta do Lago open right through the afternoon and into the small hours.
