Sharon Phillips is a professional makeup artist from Ireland, based in Boliqueime in the Algarve. Before turning to makeup professionally, she completed an honours degree in Business Studies and spent 11 years working in aviation in Ireland, training for a makeup diploma alongside her passion for the craft before making it her full-time career. She has since continued building her skills through ongoing courses with brands including MAC and Inglot. Sharon specialises in bridal, editorial and film and television makeup, and says she has worked on more than 1,000 weddings. Editorial and commercial clients named on her site include PUMA, BMW, Channel 4 and Monte Productions, and she is also the Beauty Editor for The Portugal Resident, the largest English-language newspaper in Portugal. Bookings can be made by phone, and enquiries are handled directly through her website.
