Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel

Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel opened on 7 July 2020 above the bay of Alvor as a 5-star, adults-only medical wellness hotel. Its 70 rooms and suites run from Standard rooms up to the top 'Longevity, The One' suite, most with sea views and spa access, and its clinical services are delivered in partnership with the HPA private health group. The hotel's approach is built around its '5 pillars' concept, targeting the low-grade chronic inflammation it calls inflammaging. Doctor-led programmes, overseen by Clinical Director Dr Joana Santos, include Detox & Rejuvenation, Detox & Weight Loss, Anti-Ageing & Longevity, and Stress Management & Mindfulness, alongside shorter retreats. Facilities span a flotation pool, hammam, cryotherapy, an Iyashi Dôme, an indoor detox pool, a heated relax pool and a rooftop infinity pool overlooking the bay. Dining is handled by Pure Cafe by Longevity, an anti-inflammatory Mediterranean restaurant serving breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30, lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00.
