LEDEX Forum is a one-day AI business conference for small and medium-sized business owners, due to take place on 15 October 2026 at the Real Marina Hotel & Spa in Olhão, a 5-star hotel facing the Ria Formosa Natural Park, about 15km from Faro airport. Confirmed speakers include Alan P Hill (fractional CFO and C-suite advisor), Fabrizio Scoglio (CEO and founder of Kialvo Group), Ignácio Correia (founder of SuperCognit) and Jens Palsma (founder of Clevergro), covering topics from AI-assisted decision-making and standard operating procedures to agentic business systems and automated sales follow-up. Each talk is built to end with a concrete next step rather than a general overview. The day includes two coffee breaks and a business lunch, and tickets are sold in three tiers: Standard Pass at EUR 99 (full price EUR 149), Business Pass at EUR 159 (full price EUR 209), and VIP Pass at EUR 299 (full price EUR 359), all plus 23% Portuguese VAT, with prices rising after 15 August 2026. VIP and Business passes include a VIP dinner with speakers. Attendees also get access to a private WhatsApp group before, during and after the event. The organisers say they are separately building an Algarve AI community, and describe the event as bringing global AI thinking to local business leaders.
