Golf & Leisure Villas is an Almancil estate agency founded in 2006 by Caroline Hudson and Geoff Bacon, combining licensed real estate services with golf holiday planning under one roof. Caroline Hudson leads the property side of the business, handling sales, renovation design and property management, including transforming dated homes into contemporary spaces and matching buyers with properties across the Algarve. Geoff Bacon, a PGA professional since 1984, runs the golf side of the business, organising course selection, golf holiday packages, equipment rental, corporate golf events and coaching for players of all abilities. The two sides of the business work together to offer holiday villa rentals, property management and hotel accommodation booking alongside golf arrangements, positioning the company as a single point of contact for both golfers and non-golfing visitors buying, renting or holidaying in the Algarve. The company describes its approach as professional but personal, drawing on close relationships with local providers and detailed knowledge of the region to coordinate complete property and holiday arrangements.
