Elevé Pilates Algarve

Elevé Pilates Algarve is a private Pilates studio in Ferragudo, run by Ingrida Svedunova-Yordanova, a STOTT Pilates trained instructor with a ballet background and 20 years of experience. Sessions are one to one, on the reformer with tower or on the mat, from Essential to Intermediate STOTT levels, with an initial consultation to set goals. The site says the studio suits adults of all ages, ballet dancers and gymnasts, and beginners. A free 15-minute call is offered before the first class, and sessions are booked through Calendly. Ingrida also teaches ballet in Portimão under the Dancexpression name.
