Dinis Coelho is a home automation, entertainment and security integrator with a showroom at Vale do Lobo Resort in Almancil, part of a wider company that also has offices in Porto, Espinho, Lisbon and London. The team works across four areas, home automation, home security, home entertainment, and IT and communication, designing and installing systems for architects, interior designers, homeowners, builders and property managers. The company is not tied to a single automation platform, and lists Lutron, Crestron, KNX, Control4, Savant, Cisco, Bang & Olufsen and Blindspace among its technology partners, covering lighting control and motorised blinds, whole-home audio and video, CCTV, perimeter and fire detection, and networking. Visitors can book a demonstration at the Algarve showroom to see systems working before committing to a project. The wider company describes itself as a 16-strong team of engineers and project developers who work directly with architects, interior designers, constructors and property managers from the design stage through to installation and ongoing maintenance. The Algarve showroom keeps winter hours of Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, extending to 10am to 7pm through the summer, both with a 1pm to 2pm lunch break, and is closed on Sundays.
