The operation uses only hand-picked ripe fruit, naturally fermented without chemicals or additives, and distilled slowly in a traditional copper alembic. The distillery is registered with SIR (Sistema da Industria Responsavel) as a type 3 establishment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining its artisanal character.
