Centro Terapêutico Ricardo Rosa is a long-running natural medicine and multi-therapy clinic in the centre of Quarteira, run by Ricardo Rosa, who has practised alternative and natural medicine for more than 20 years. The centre's small team, made up of the lead therapist, an assistant and administrative support, treats patients across a wide range of disciplines: osteopathy, acupuncture, homeopathy, naturopathy, manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology, sacro-cranial therapy, myofascial release, electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy and therapeutic massage. New patients start with a EUR 60 opening consultation. Individual consultations are priced at EUR 50 for naturopathy, EUR 40 for homeopathy and EUR 50 for a first therapeutic evaluation, while acupuncture and osteopathy techniques are each EUR 50 a session (dropping to EUR 40 for follow-up sessions booked within a month). Manual manipulative techniques cost EUR 30, traumatology consultations EUR 25, a 60-minute therapeutic massage EUR 50, a 60-minute sacro-cranial therapy session EUR 60, and 45-minute foot reflexology EUR 35. The centre also has a fitted mat room used for group and corrective exercise work, alongside its treatment rooms and a small reception and waiting area. It has operated at the same address on Rua Conde da Azambuja since it was established, and continues to see patients by appointment, contactable by phone or email.
