Casa das Janelas

Casa das Janelas is a window and door specialist based in Loulé, trading since 1995 when it first opened as Loja das Janelas, one of the earliest dedicated window showrooms in the Algarve. In 2007 the business renamed itself Casa das Janelas (literally 'House of Windows') and in 2015 moved into its current shop and factory on Estrada Nacional 125, at Quatro Estradas on the edge of Loulé. The company supplies and fits PVC, aluminium and solid wood windows and doors, working with recognised European frame brands including Veka and K-LINE, plus wood species such as iroko, afizelia and cerejeira for more traditional or rustic finishes. The range runs from standard casement and tilt-and-turn windows through to curved balcony windows, sliding and folding patio doors, and rustic-style frames designed to suit older Algarve properties. Past installations shown on the company's own site include a folding door fitted beside the 16th hole at Vale do Lobo golf course and a renovation adding mosquito netting and extra interior space to a property in Quinta do Lago. Beyond supply and installation, the team offers maintenance and repair of window and door hardware, design and architecture support working alongside architects on new frame specifications, project counselling and monitoring, and help with the paperwork and permits needed for extensions such as winter gardens.
