Angelo Luisa Rita, Lda began in 1953 as a mechanical carpentry workshop in Loule, and added civil construction nine years later. The company still has its carpentry workshops at its head office in Loule, where it builds bespoke kitchens and furniture alongside its construction work, and holds a public works contractor licence (IMPIC 2763 PUB). On the construction side, the company has built more than 970 apartments in horizontal property schemes for sale, mostly across the central Algarve, in towns including Loule, Faro and Quarteira. Services cover public works contracting, private construction for individual clients, refurbishments and renovations, and bespoke carpentry including fitted kitchens. Recent projects include Belavista Residence, a 50-apartment private condominium on Rua Salgueiro Maia in Quarteira; a new-build with facade restoration on Rua Sao Francisco in Faro; renovation of the Crowne Plaza Vilamoura's outdoor restaurant; renovation of the Old Navy restaurant and bar at Vilamoura marina; a new-build of four apartments on Rua Cristovao Pires Norte in Almancil; and villa renovations in Faro, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The carpentry workshop works in solid wood, MDF and plywood, producing door frames, fitted kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, false ceilings and wooden flooring. Belavista Residence, the company's own 2021 development in Quarteira, is a private condominium of 50 apartments (T2 and T3) across four levels, with underground parking for 109 cars, bicycle parking, a cleaning area for golf trolleys, bikes and pets, terraces 2.5 metres wide, a saltwater pool with deck, a rooftop solarium, multi-split air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, and German Nolte kitchens fitted with Bosch appliances.
