Algarve Dream Cleaners is a property support service for holiday rental owners around Vilamoura, Quarteira, Boliqueime, Loulé, Querença and São Brás de Alportel. The company is part of Gaivota Homes, which has operated in the Algarve since 2012, and is run by Don, who handles property maintenance and client communication, and Frederieke, who has lived in the Algarve for more than 12 years and manages bookings and cleaning. The team focuses on long-term relationships with rental owners rather than one-off cleans, offering full spring cleans, mid-stay cleans, and laundry of towels and bedding. On the property management side they cover client meet-and-greets, key holding, and property checks, right down to opening windows to air out a property over winter. For maintenance, the team can also arrange pool and garden upkeep, painting, general repairs, and small construction, plumbing or electrical work.
