5 Elements Jiu-Jitsu School in Portimão provides structured jiu-jitsu training for all ages and skill levels, including Kids I and II, Fundamental, All Levels and No-Gi programmes. The academy combines scientific methodology with personalised training in a 80 square metre facility with showers, changing rooms and equipment hire available. Classes focus on technical development, personal evolution and building a respectful training environment. Classes are run in Portuguese and English.
