Group chats with the people you actually know here
Messages on the Circle now support groups. Open your messages from the icon in the header (or press Ctrl+Shift+K), choose New group chat, give it a name and pick at least two friends.
Groups stay friends-only by design. Anyone in a group can add their own friends, you can leave any time from the group header, and nobody can pull you into a chat with strangers. That is how we keep messages free of spam.
One more trick: type @ in any chat to mention a business, a town, an event or an offer. It lands as a small card the other side can tap.
