Open Tuesday to Sunday from breakfast to early evening, built for slow mornings, easy starts, and the kind of afternoon where one coffee turns into a glass of wine without anyone noticing. Vilamoura has plenty of busy beach bars and tourist-trap kitchens. We wanted somewhere different. A calm, dependable spot where guests staying at Prado Villas, residents from up the road, and friends from the yoga studio next door can all land. Where breakfast is the works, the coffee is actually pulled properly, and the food is honest, simple, and well-made. The same hands behind Luz Aura Yoga Studio run the kitchen here, and the ethos carries across: warm welcome, real ingredients, no shortcuts. Our Full English (eggs, sausages, bacon, beans in a ceramic dish, hash brown, sautéed mushrooms, vine tomatoes, toast) is served until 11:30. Lunch brings toasties, fresh sandwiches, salads, and our house burger. Eight smoothie combinations are blended to order from real fruit. Sangria is made in-house with red wine, seasonal fruit, and a splash of brandy.
