About this event
This workshop is an invitation for mothers to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and learn practical tools to regulate the nervous system in everyday life.
Especially in seasons of holding a lot, this space offers a moment to pause, reset, and return to yourself. Held just before Mother’s Day, this is a space to reconnect with yourself, before giving to everyone else.
Through a trauma-informed, somatic approach, we will explore how to move out of survival states (stress, overwhelm, shutdown) and return to a place of presence, clarity, and connection.
What participants will experience:
- Simple, effective tools to regulate the nervous system
- Gentle somatic movement to release tension and create space in the body
- Breathwork and grounding techniques for moments of anxiety or overwhelm
- Greater awareness of personal patterns (stress, freeze, fawn)
- A safe space to slow down, feel, and integrate
- Tools you can use in real moments of daily life, even with limited time
A guided session combining practical insights with embodied experience
Space for open conversation, sharing, and questions
Open to all levels (no prior experience needed)
A supportive and non-judgmental space, particularly welcoming to mothers
